Getting ready to put the hat together. The white circle is the ultra-stiff fusible interfacing I used to keep the brim rigid. This damn hat was the bane of my existince during the project. It definitely caused the most headache, and if I was going to do it again I’d do a lot differently. But I suppose I also learned a lot from it because the robe seemed easy by comparison.
